As humans, we are constantly taking in life and all our experiences. We enjoy, we grieve, we laugh, we love, we feel. Sometimes we learn from our experiences, sometimes it seems as if the same experience is on repeat (like always dating the same type of guy), and sometimes we avoid or disconnect when an experience is too intense.
Our emotions get stored in different ways; passed down from generation to generation, from traumatic events, negative experiences, and/or when we repress or do not fully process or allow ourselves to feel.
The point is, we feel AND how we feel impacts every aspect of our life. AND how we think and feel about our emotions has a significant impact on life and well-being.
For the foundation of my sessions I use Mind Body Spirit Release™ (MBSR); a method that releases trapped/stored emotions from your subconscious to accelerate your overall well being and healing. I also bring in my intuitive knowledge and experience to lovingly guide and support you on your journey.

The most common feedback from my clients is reporting an overall sense of lightness, like a weight has been lifted off their shoulders. Almost all of them have said they didn’t realize how far from themselves they had gotten and how much extra weight they were carrying around. They have also experienced benefits like reduced social anxiety, less fear, more themselves, reduction of physical pain, better sleep, more confidence and joy.
Using MBSR™ I am able to release emotions from organs, glands, scars, the spine, energy between two people, blocks to intentions, or a general clearing to release blocks to positive emotions or negative emotional blocks.
Healing on an energetic and subconscious level can create big shifts within ourselves, mentally, emotionally and physically.
